Experience in standard contracts, international contracts such as FIDIC, ICE, IMechE/IET and JCT and also governmental contracts associated with its laws, regulations/decrees. Hence, establishing contracting policies, agreements for consultancy and sub-consultancy services, contractually and commercially for major projects in addition to business development, expanding, setup and establishing in new countries.
Experience in establishing an approach for and implementing a successful resolution of contract claims, conflicts or disputes on design, engineering, procurement and construction projects, either amicably via negotiation or adjudication through the Engineer’s role or non-court dispute resolution such as Mediation or Conciliation or Arbitration.
